(CNN)-Donald Trump is postponing a major immigration speech he was set to deliver Thursday in Colorado as his campaign continues to fine-tune his immigration policy. The decision came after Trump, whose hardline immigration policies appealed to many GOP primary voters, met Saturday with his Hispanic advisory council and said in an interview Monday morning that he wants to "come up with a really fair, but firm" immigration policy.
Trump denied in an interview Monday morning on Fox News that he was "flip-flopping" on the issue of illegal immigration. A Trump campaign source said the campaign decided to push back Trump's immigration speech as it is still fine-tuning its immigration policy and the speech's language.

If you read the excerpt it says he “wants to come up with” a plan. That means it doesn’t exist.
The word “fair” doesn’t appear in any of the text you posted.
Lastly, “fair” is a huge Socialist code-word, like “We all need to pay our fair share.”
We’ll know pretty soon what happens.

I dont see him needing to change anything to win but I dont have access to his internals and i’ve never run an election before.
Deportation of all was never going to happen. Change the laws and watch them go home is always the best way. No citizenship, no papers, no job. The same for welfare, housing, social security, long term medical, bank accounts and loans.
