There was a big story when he was President about Bill Clinton supposedly being the father of a boy by a black hooker.
What was unusual about THAT case was the absolute confidence that Bill Clinton displayed that he was NOT the father, as opposed to all the weasel words he used for every other case of his womanizing.
Note that he DID NOT say he never had sex with the black female hooker.
What he said (to the woman, not publicly) was that it was impossible for him to be the father because he had mumps when he was young and so he was sterile.
So, if he is sterile then Chelsea is not his.
Please...never, EVER say 'pasty' again, when commenting on an article about Chelsea Clinton!

She may or may not be Webb’s daughter but she was one ugly girl. If she had just kept to herself and not used her position to push radical ideas, I would never criticize her for her looks.
She was about as ugly as a girl gets without being deformed or something like that. She now looks about average which is a huge jump.
No doubt at all that she has been enhanced.

The problem, though, is that nowadays, if you make a name for yourself as a nuisance or as unreliable and untrustworthy, that can be as bankable an asset as having a reputation for integrity and honesty.
The Hubbell rumor is most likely untrue, but worse -- it's old. It's been going around for a quarter century. Anybody who hasn't heard it by now isn't worth much as an audience.

This is just not only looney but it distracts from the real issues that people need to talk about – Hillary’s mishandling of classified materials, the server, the emails, her handing of Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation’s ties to foreign donors and what they bought from her as SOS in return, what type of federal judges and SCOTUS appointments Hillary would make…..
FWIW, there are pictures on the worldwideinterwebs that claim to show that Melania Trump and Ivanka Trump had plastic surgery too. Who cares.
