My daughter was an elite volleyball player through high school. I saw first hand at that level what sacrifices she made. I can not imagine what a D-1 level and Olympic level athlete goes through.
These ladies (and I emphasize ladies) deserve every minute of fun, relaxation and the opportunity to be just a normal young woman for as long as they want.
I agree.
My daughter has a blast in college, but the demands are high. Somehow, just because of her personality, which she gets from Mrs Gamecock, she always seems to be in the middle of where the real fun is.
