Hot baths are nice, but cycling puts you "out there". I love to hit the road on my Long Haul Trucker, with food and drink loaded on the rear rack, and just GO. Cycling makes you feel like a kid again (can't speak for the spandex crowd, who seem pretty joyless to me...thou they look cool).
Is water special or could you get the same results in a hot room? Or, let’s increase global warming! No type 2 diabetes and increased weight loss.
Also, you probably won’t get hit by a truck while you’re in the bathtub.
Skipping carbs works even better.
Biking has many benefits.
You have high mobility to see the country.
You can bond with your 15 year old son.
You work up a relaxing sweat.
You raise heart rate.
You get solid leg muscles.
You wake up the next morning lean and hungry.
Plus, keep in mind, bathtubs kill many times more people than guns.
