Doesn’t look real to me. Scanning artifacts on the logo at the top do not match the artifact free print below. This is written to be the wet dream of Trump supporters and to make them look like fools for lapping it up.

Yep the date is cut & paste, and one part of the “memo” contradicts the rest of it...”extremely close race” in one part, a blowout in another, cut & paste error.

I agree. This is not from any polling group. The use of the term (paraphrased) “We must maintain this charade” would never be used by any professional poller. The closest they might come would be “Please include weighting that better reflects the demographics. Current weighting yields undesirable results.”
