Any or all of which may have been a factor in the firing, but none of which will be among the reasons HR documents for her firing. Companies know how to play the game.

Sure, and that’s why we have legal processes, to find the facts. Only an idiotic HR department would document illegal reasons for a firing, but courts do know that. That doesn’t make it easy to bring a case though.
