Take a look at Dahlonega and Helen Georgia. Murphy NC is a great town but it took FBI over a year to find Eric Rudolph living in a dumpster behind safeway.
Rudolph was living in a camp in the woods overlooking the FBI facility that had been created to look for him. He was caught while dumpster diving.
Dahlonega is very nice and quaint and would be close to the medical facilities in the north Atlanta suburbs and cities north of Atlanta. Lots of Atlanta folks like the Hiawassee/Lake Chatuge area too (further north - close to the NC border).
