Isn’t it illegal to donate to a political campaign on behalf of someone else?
They're taking money the earned selling a product and donating the profits (proceeds) of that sale to the three recipients (so they say). Nothing in there says anything about them donating on someone's behalf. It's no illegal, as it's no longer Ivanka's money, nor was it done in her name.
