How far are we now from the schools being actual homes for these (unwanted) kids? They are eating two meals a day there and now getting their laundry there. In many instances, they are getting their supplies donated to them via charities and donations.

I am thinking, it's getting pretty close to adding dormitories, beds and calling it done.

And many of the "parents" (read: mothers) would be thrilled to be rid of the trouble. They could go back to posting selfies, taking drugs and hooking up with different men.
