I have a better idea...sell it instead...then give the money to the charity you want. There is a simple rule in economics; the more people/entities that touch something, the more it will cost the end user.
In this case the reverse holds true..the more people/entities that touch the truck, the less real money will be put to use.
And there is a very good chance that the charity will just wholesale the truck the next day, for far less than you could have sold it for.
