Looking at that photo, even knowing she’s as mean as a snake, I still almost feel sorry for her.
Like the evil, monstrous character ‘Cathy’ in Steinbeck’s ‘East of Eden’ (who accepted pity like a blow from a fist), that photo shows, again like Cathy, the monster inside.
It can’t be much of a life for her, loveless and hated, driven by hatred.

Your observation is spot on. Her left eye is not tracking properly with her right eye. It is off kilter.
