I was wondering what firearm the lad was brandishing. If it's this one, appears to be a Glock with an extended mag. (Note in the photo it appears there's one the chamber, looks like a copper jacketed bullet peeking from the chamber down the barrel, and he has his finger on the trigger!)

Okay. I assume that was his legal handgun. Mkay. Why did he run? Even if he decided at that point to drop the firearm on the ground... I doubt if the first impression by police was that he had a carry permit. I wanna see the body-cam vid.
