4 years old??!! This seems like child abuse. The decision to reject your birth gender should not be made at such a young age, unless the child is of ‘ambiguous sexuality’(aka Hermaphrodite), and I don’t think this is such a case. Is there no father in the picture? Now the mom has publicized this child’s dilema , parading him around in drag?. What is that ailment when a parent derives ego satisfaction from keeping a child who never gets fully well? Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome, that’s the name I’m looking for.

I think there was a study out of the U.K. that said some little ones do this for what ever reason but it goes away.
Mommy is one sick puppy. Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome? Maybe. That this gets any publicity at all is even sicker.
