Is there any free malware? If not, what’s the best to get?

My PC is running very slow after visiting a few suspect sites here.

How do I reverse that? Thanks.

If you mean anti-virus, there’s some good free options:

You should scan your PC with Malwarebytes:

(Download the free version, but the premium version is well worth the money - it’s always on an keeps watch in real time).

I’m using Linux right now and Windows malware doesn’t affect it - you’d have to work really hard to get virus/ malware.

Avira antivirus is free and solid.

Also, download their rescue CD, burn it to a blank CD, then boot with it, letting it scan your Windows drive for viruses without having booted from Windows.
