let’s see - this is a typical DC robbery that goes awry. Robber approaches the target at 4:30 am on a Saturday morning near his home; demands his wallet and other valuables. Mr. Rich refuses so he is shot dead. Robber who now faces a long prison sentence for having killed him does not take Mr. Rich’s wallet which is full of money, nor his watch, nor any other of his valuables which remain on his body when he is found by police. Odd, isn’t it??Reminds me of the killing of one of JFK’s paramours, Washingon Post editor Ben Bradlee’s sister-in-law, on the Georgetown bikepath; they never caught the murderer and Bradlee took her diary which might have told of her assignations with JFK.

A DC robbery in which his Cell phone , wallet , all his money,credit cards , watch are left on the body or nearby.
And two bullets to the back of the head ....
It’s not a professional hit ...
