Huh? Subway doesn’t pour drinks. They just hand you a cup and point you to the dispensers - like most fast food chain. Are the dispensers just for the fountain sodas and water or do you pour your own iced tea? (The article indicates that the officer got iced tea.)

I hear that this was in a drive thru which explains it.
We don't have drive thru Subways in my area.
