Patient complains of depression because of limitations due to catching on fire in the sun, and requirement of living in casket in cellar during the day.

Real or not, the bottom line: The next time Hilldabeast asks for Trump to make his tax returns public, Trump should reply with this: I will as soon as you reveal your medical records, the Clinton Foundation Tax returns and those 30,000 e-mails.

When I Googled the listed “Subcortical Vascular Dementia” one of the sources which came up was

http://www.stacommunications.com/customcomm/back-issue_pages/ad_review/adpdfs/2009/september2009/04.pdf

which included the quote:

Clinical SIVD features include sudden hemiparesis, dementia, dy- sarthria, pseudobulbar palsy, and changes in affect including inap- propriate laughing or crying, small-stepped gait, and urinary incontinence. Aphasia and hemianopsia are usually absent. The dis- tribution of lacunes in the subcortical gray matter and diffuse softening of the white matter, particularly of the frontal lobes, have been noted. Behavioral symptoms include lack of volition and akinetic mutism, which were thought to be characteristic of prefrontal lobe lesions.3

But a bit later:

Binswanger’s syndrome was first described by Otto Binswanger.7 [...] The clinical features of Binswanger’s include an insidiously progressive dementia, persistent hypertension or systemic vascular disease, lengthy clinical course with long plateaus, and the accumulation of focal neurologic signs including asymmetric weakness, pyramidal signs, pseudo bulbar palsy, and gait disturbances. The neurobehavioral symptoms include apathy, lack of drive, depression, and alterations of mood.

This was my kids’ medical group. MKMG is basically a consortium of physicians. So at least when I used it (until 2009), there wasn’t a “Department of Medicine.” The doctor’s supposed title and the amateurish medical descriptors make me skeptical.

As a caregiver for a dementia patient (my Mother), I don’t really see the signs of dementia with Hillary. Even early onset dementia will cause freeze ups, forgotten words and thoughts, etc.

Hillary was just grilled for 3 1/2 hours at that committee and if she had dementia, it would have been very apparent.

I could be wrong and it’s just my learned opinion. I do think she is an alcoholic among other things. Dementia is impossible to hide.

I wouldn't know what real medical records looked like but an anonymous Twitter user doesn't strike me as a solid source.

IF THESE ARE LEGIT, they are very telling. I am not a fan of anyone having their medical records published. It is simply wrong. Instead, the media, the candidates, should ask candidates to release. Clinton will be forced to explain more about her medical history—even Drudge is reporting a new seizure tonight that was captured on ABC. This won’t go away. But the disclosure of private medical records, surely without the patient’s permission will be the story and not the condition of the patient. Wouldn’t put it past Clinton and her campaign to do this simply to discredit the stories.

No.

If these were real it would be a violation of all sorts of federal medical privacy laws. Things would have hit the fan by now.

They seem awfully pristine, without any smudges, tears, folds, punch holes, or staple marks. Nor is there any sign that the papers are photocopies. They look like fresh printouts from a computer file.

Reminds me of Anchorman when Will Ferrell hides behind the desk and calls Christina Applegate, saying he’s her doctor and she got “knocked up”.

Didn’t work then, either.
