At 11:30 eastern, just north of Tampa in Lutz FL. There was a black SUV type car with emergency white flashers turning into the subdivision I was coming out of.
In white lettering it said "Experimental Vehicle, Weapons Division" Too stunned to get my camera I repeated to myself what I saw and stopped soon after to write it down.
I have searched the internet to try to find a picture and cannot. Nothing comes even close. I know FReepers are very smart and will help answer this mystery. I Didn't know where to post this other than chat, but it merits some discussion.

Maybe I’m an exception, but these funny responses to a nutty post just make me MORE likely to donate. They only confirm the lucidity of the majority of Freepers. If that post elicited a 90% “serious” response rate, I’d question the sanity of the typical Freeper.
