Agreed. Their credibility — their only marketable value — is compromised. As is their objectivity. All that’s left is some hollow sideshow.

And that should mean that those media cease to exist as anything but an amusement.

Effectively swung sledgehammer of truth.

A real seeker after truth would be poking around his own newsroom, looking for evidence, naming names. Who in his inner circle was part of this scandal? How high did the manipulations and dirty deals go? Are other reporters involved? Editors? Publishers? How many of his friends and colleagues were secretly hopping into bed with the very people they were supposed to be scrutinizing?..

Where is the outrage? Where is the high moral dudgeon we heard from the likes of Katherine Graham and Ben Bradlee when Richard Nixon got caught erasing tapes and strong-arming witnesses? Where is all the posturing about the lofty First Amendment charter of the “guardian” press?

The absence of a story is itself a story.

Your scathing, deserved rebuke of a collusive political-media machination is well-timed. Thanks you. You're absolutely spot on on all counts.

The good news is that early on, Donald Trump identified and fingered the Media as untrustworthy liars, NOT an "guardian" of the truth. THAT resonated with the public immediately.

It IS an "outrage" and the sentiment is boiling over, but then isn't that part of this equation? Haven't the Prog-Democrats-run media and 0bama been baiting conservative Republicans to retaliate and force the Martial Law card? (AS GOPe lied like dogs for 7 1/2 years and do nothing but enable it.)

And yes -- to what extent are major "news" outlets financially compensated by the Democrat Party or other supporters? (like George Soros?) The media and its client-overlords -- the Democrat Party --- will maintain their pedal to the metal for the next 96 days, lie, rinse, repeat 24/7. They will even create headlines that Donald Trump hates babies (oh wait).

As American citizens grow weary and resent being lectured to by a self-serving reptilian Media on exactly what story warrants "concern," and what indicting stories exposing Hillary and 0bama as traitors should be dismissed and ignored, will the 24/7 propaganda blitz be effective enough to prevent Trump's election? Can they convince enough f the electorate to damn our personal and national security, common sense, and REAL justice to hell?

The Media is NOT the "conscience" of America, but a cabal of demonic hypnotist of advancing and promoting lies and national suicide. And enough people recognizing this?

WHO IS paying these divisive pro-BLM, pro-Jihad, pro-Queer Dem-propagandists to lie and warp or ignore the truth with impunity? To strong-arm public figures into endorsing their subversive pet-agendas OR face the wrath of a collusive media? How is it that these bullies, these fascists, these Stalinists answer to NO ONE?

They feign moral outrage for Republican/Conservatives public figures and issues, yet ignore and tamp down any and all major constitutional scandals of obvious ethics violations and law breaking involving Hillary, 0bama, etal.

The vast majority of mainstream media outlets -- who hold a monopoly on information and "news" -- have declared a personal war on Donald Trump as well as those who support him, his "America First" policies and agenda. Democrats are predictably delighted.

This same Mainstream Media (in concert with the Democrat Party echelon) seem also to have declared and synchronized an unofficial war on Law Enforcement -- which has led to the murder of several LEOs. Yet despite this same media (and Democrat Machination) and it's 24/7 baiting and support of BLM (and racial hatred) face NO responsibility and NO scrutiny for encouraging and fomenting deadly violence.

In unison, in concert these "Towne Criers" in newspapers, TV, the blogosphere, and social media wield their words like a weapon -- a deadly weapon, whipping up hatred and violence while justifying violence based on their suicidal ideology.

Is it silly to sense that America -- the two Americas -- are in fact presently engaged in a state of undeclared war between "two-Americas"?

Now that we have identified the problem(s), at what point is a "solution" identified and our republic saved from the final coup by the next fascist regime?

So how can we fight back? How can we get these whores off the air and out of circulation? A viral boycott of advertisers?

As a former ink-stained wretch, I fondly remember the joy in the newsroom when some bigwig was caught in a whopper, party be damned. More than once I had to hold my nose while writing a story that treated both sides fairly and objectively, personal feelings be damned. A big story was worth the stress and blowback, no matter whose ox was being gored.

Now I drive a school bus. The pay is better and I can respect my co-workers again, although the bullies and immature idiots on the bus haven’t changed much.

A man is visiting the zoo in Washington, DC when he sees a little girl leaning into the lion’s cage. Suddenly, the lion grabs her by the collar of her jacket and tries to pull her inside
to slaughter her, under the eyes of her screaming parents.

He runs to the cage and hits the lion square on the nose with a powerful punch.

Whimpering from the pain the lion jumps back letting go of the girl, and the man brings the girl to her terrified parents, who thank him endlessly. A reporter has watched the whole event.

The reporter addressing the hero says, ‘Sir, this was the most gallant and bravest thing I’ve seen a man do in my whole life.’

The man replies, ‘Why, it was nothing, really. The lion was behind bars. I just saw this little kid in danger, and acted as I felt right.’

The reporter says, “Well, I’ll make sure this won’t go unnoticed. I’m a journalist, you know, and tomorrow’s paper will have this story on the front page. So, what do you do for a living,
and what political affiliation do you have?”

He replies “I’m a U.S. Marine, and a Republican”. The journalist leaves. The following morning the biker buys the paper to see if it indeed brings news of his actions, and reads, on the
front page:

U.S. MARINE ASSAULTS AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND STEALS HIS LUNCH

And THAT pretty much sums up the media’s approach to the news these days.

Outstanding piece!. We must all copy and spread it far and wide.

Ah, the Wikileaks story, and the dog that doesn't bark. If only it was just this story, but his barker hasn't worked in a long, long time. There must be a bark lock box somewhere.

Good joke .. with a poignant and timely message.

You think this doesn’t happen?

When Slick was running against George Bush, the Washington Post ran two stump stories the same day. One candidate’s story was accompanied by a full-color photo with the well-coiffed candidate smiling and waving from a bunting-lined podium on a bright sunny day, surrounded be a crowd of devout admirers. The story ran in full above the fold, Page 1.

The other candidate’s story had no photo with the headline. The piece started on Page 1 and jumped to a back page, where a black-and-white photo accompanied it. It showed the candidate stepping out of his airplane just as a blast of rain hit him in the face. He appeared alone, disheveled, and grimacing.

I’ll leave you to figure out which candidate received which treatment.

And now we have proof of the bias.

...Steve Allan like press hat?

I came across a clip the other day, and frankly, I found it to be so dated, it was stupid. I say that as someone that enjoyed the character in my youth.

There's no way it would fly in today's culture. The "press" has new caricatures that are more "hip" and relevant to the current crop of minds-full-of-mush.

Heck, we don't even need to go that far back.

Local fishwrap buried Trump's nomination. Bottom of the page, couple of inches, continued on p3.

Hillary's nomination was announced in the same size typeset as "War Ends". All above the fold, story took up the entire front page.

No bias there. I wondered if it was a nomination, or a coronation.

Have they no shame? I'm not sure which I'm insulted by more - whether they think that I'm dumb enough to believe their lies, or the fact that they just don't care if I don't.

And there’s the mystery. Are the whore press slaves so devoted to their liberal gods that they will sacrifice everything for them? Will they commit suicide to keep advancing the murderous “progressive” agenda? With ad revenues and readership/viewership plumetting, the “journo-list” scandal last year, and now these Wikileaks revelations, you’d think the publishers and producers would be watching their step. But if anything, they’ve doubled down on their bias. Whether it’s arrogance, denial, or self-destruction is hard to say. But they’ve proven that their time is past. You can get more reliable news off an outhouse wall.

The one thing – the ONLY thing – any journalist has to market is his credibility. Absent that, he is little more than an entertainer, a sideshow shill amusing for his patter but with no more reliability than a used-racehorse salesman.

The Mainstream Fabulists.

But if you’re willing to subvert principle for practicality, stop preening and strutting like you’re some kind of anointed defender of Truth. You’re a whore. Just like anyone who sells his soul to keep a roof over his head, your principles are written on rubber. Your high office is nothing more than a more comfortable brothel that reeks of printers ink or overheated klieg lights instead of cheap perfume.

There's a REASON that a George Stephanopoulus or a Katie Couric makes $7500 an hour, and it ain't because of their "journalistic" skills.

It's because people buy their Fabulist lies without question.

These people aren't journalists, they're a baying lynch mob.

I was checking the spelling of Georgie "Clinton Puppetboy" Stephanopoulus' name, and I stumbled across young Ben Cohen, a Fabulist for The Daily Banter.

He was claiming in his latest daily Trump hitpiece that The Puppetboy 'decimated" Trump in their last interview. LOL!

Cohen appears to write alternating Trump hitpieces/Hillary paeans on a near daily basis.

Then, I checked in with Scott Adams' Twitter feed, and saw a tweet by David "Democrat Scum" Frum, a senior editor of Fabulism for The Atlantic.

His entire Twitter feed drips with poisonous vitriol for Trump and his family.

We've known that for years. But until now, we didn't have the proof. Now, it's right before our eyes. And you would think that would rate a story or two. Maybe a headline. Maybe an in-depth investigation.

But no. The media "watchdogs" have a hangin' to attend to.
