Tennis ace Serena Williams is twerking towards Olympic glory in Rio.
The tennis champion has released a new instructional dance video ahead of the Brazilian games in which she teaches fans how to dance - and twerk.
In the video, she runs through different moves including a warm up, a transition and then a 'basic shake' in which she wiggles her bottom.
But Williams appears to be a big fan of the final move, the twerk.
'Everyone, at some point, should do a twerk,' she says in the video
She said people should bend their knees, get low, keep their tummy and back tight , slowly slide 'and twerk , and twerk, and twerk' while moving her bottom.

I'll spare you the pictures. Her behavior is grotesque and no doubt inspired in part by the example Mooch has set, mainstreaming inappropriate and immature behavior in the name of 'fun'.

I always got the feeling twerking was spawned in the ghetto and is a wholly black concept that was thrust upon the white mainstream by a complicit media intent on destroying our civilization.

I first saw twerking about thirty years ago on a bus in Cambridge MA. Haitian immigrants, I think, and God help us all, they looked like siblings.

Jim Thorpe lost his Olympic medals for playing two seasons of semi-pro baseball (his family got them back 30 years after he died). Now pros compete with amatuers and it’s all good.
