N/A we don’t count, when it comes to polling. Based on my experience working for Hillary Campaign 2008.

N/A means not a big enough sample. Whether that is true or not is a different matter. Were the polling calls all made to land lines? If so, no one between 18-34 would be able to tell you what the ringing sound was. Pollers used to not be able to call cell phones. Wonder if that has changed? If not, that will bias the polls.
