Nope, can't be a myoclonic seizure, it's ruled out by this characteristic:

During a myoclonic seizure, the person is usually awake and able to think clearly.

Definitely not myoclonic.

It is myoclonic. She is having uncontrollable muscle spasms due to electrical problems in small specific damaged brain tissue areas. While they are occurring she is awake and fully aware of the spasms. That is how she is able to make them look as if she was just pulling a Pee Wee Herman (meant to do that).
