Wikileaks release material from anybody. They attempt to anonymize it. Assuange is the Wikileaks guy, but he's just the conduit.

Guccider 2.0 is a nickname associated with the DNC leaks. Guccifer (implied 1.0) is the person who claimed to hack Hillary's basement/State Department server.

Wikileaks is a foundation that anyone can use to leak documents that might be in the public interest.

Guccifer 2.0 is supposed to be an individual Tomanian hacker that obtained the documents and turned them over to Wikileaks.

The most recent twist is that Guccifer 2.0 doesn’t appear to actually speak Romanian and is suspected to be a Russian front for their Intelligence operations.
