I am asking you, the keepers of Free Republic's knowledge universe, to advise the DNC leakers as to the optimum time to 'do the dump' on what they have left.
I would like to see it done in three waves personally:
25% mid-morning Thursday (containing the least damaging set);
50% mid to late afternoon Thursday (containing the next most damaging set); and
25% before the Friday morning news shows (containing the most damaging set)
Each of the first two releases should specify that the worst is yet to come and give the time of the next release.
Question number one: Should something be left in reserve---say the top 10% or so---for another strategic time?
Bear in mind, there are rumors that Clinton Foundation emails are still hanging in the wings. They can provide another wave of trauma to the dumpacraps in their own right.
Question number two: Is it preferrable to dump them all at once?
I am inclined want to spread out the pain before and after the climax to their party. I would even consider watching Hellary's speech to see if she has an extra twitch in her delivery knowing what is in her immediate future.
So FRiends, let's give them our best advice. One of you will have the absolute best strategy.

Are we certain there’s more? I know I’ve seen the possibility mentioned, but I couldn’t find anything from Wikileaks itself that additional releases were imminent.
I suggest a release every few days between now and the election. Saving the worst for last. Too much released, too soon will be not be covered completely by the media and it will become Clinton's 'old news' excuse. Keep the media and Clinton back on their heels with a every couple days drip, drip, drip.
Also the standard Lib with constantly hear new negative news about Clinton for the next 90 days.

Maybe I should have timed it for the preliminary headline analyses. It could be a crowd source exercise to get the headlines out there.

Yep. Make every “dump” a morning headline on Drudge. Save the most damaging ones to release just prior to any scheduled debate.

But there is sure a lot of circumstancial evidence, especially if the Clinton Foundation server and the DNC server had even the thinest of threads tying them together.
(Speculation exists to that effect.)

Since we know the FBI and the Justice Department will do nothing
if Clinton criminal activity is discovered via emails, there is no point
to releasing them now. The only use will be political. As such, best to
release the best stuff in October.

We need her to be nominee first. People have such short memories (since they are based on emotion not fortitude) so this needs to be October.
Usually we do a dump run when there is too much garbage and pick-up isn’t for several days.
Dump anything on Hillary Wednesday mid afternoon. Make her give her speech with documents calling her a liar.
A total nervous breakdown in the middle of her Thursday night prime time speech would be a wonder to behold though!
