Locals say he was ‘crazy’ or mad. Ended up in the street where one news source says someone reacted and ran the guy down with their BMW.

I guess everyone in ISIS is a nutcase. How else can you explain drowing people in cages, beheading people, setting them on fire. etc.

The term nutcase seems to be a get out of free card for Islamic terrorists. What difference, at this point, does it make?
