Why should they care if their emails are read? Yes, Trump or anyone else can buy all the emails he wants which includes all of Hillary’s from her server.

“If you’ve got it, flaunt it.”. I’ve always taken “flaunt” to mean “display brashly or arrogantly’” where “flout” means “to act counter to; ignore contemptuously.”
But I will defer to Messrs. Merriam and Webster.
They would be right on both counts.
Me too, but it is common to see "flaunt" used as meaning to ignore contemptuously. Context usually deals with any ambiguity, and not many people are stuck on proper usage. Dictionary and style guides agree with you and me, for what that is worth.
If Trump was that powerful, it’s an even better reason to vote for him.
