There was a hillarious skit from Chappelle about what would happen if blacks got Reparations. They went to a financial reporter who said that "Sprint's stock has skyrocketed, after 2 million delinquent phone bills were paid."

Unless she owns a huge building, do you know HOW LONG a regular apartment/house has to use water to add up to that amount? Water is about $30 every two months, CHEAP. She should have been cut off long before her bill got to that amount.Cox cable, months+ pay per view charges. They cut off quick too. Who pays 7 grand car payments without repo?
