Trump supporters chased them off long ago. Let’s just hope they show up in November.

Posted my huge disappointment several places earlier. No need to dwell on it. Trump said horrible things about Ted’s wife and was over the top with his dad and the JFK thing. I get it. But Ted took the pledge, and when the time came, he joined weasels like Kasich and Jeb, but only did it worse.

Where are the Cruz Supporters on FR?

***********

Are you asking why they aren’t vocal in support of Trump?

They saw the light. TED CRUZ is a bitter old man.

I see no point in gloating this way—I almost voted for Cruz, months back. I am appalled at his behavior. What kept me from Cruz? Probably Sarah Palin’s opposition and how Ben Carson was treated.

Is it really necessary to do this? People of good will supported him, his actions last night and this am are on him, not them.

I'm a proud Texan

Cruz is a proud Texan male. Did you really believe that a proud, Texan male could endorse a guy who called him Lyin' Ted and attacked his family?

I don't think that Trump ever expected an endorsement. I think that Trump wanted things to go just as they went. Cruz should not have showed up at all.

I supported Ted Cruz all through the primary and donated to his campaign too.

But when Donald Trump won the nomination I jumped right in to support him.

Anyone who still supports Cruz and is never Trump is helping to elect Hillary Clinton.

I’m right here, but after last night I’m done. Please tell me where the constitutional conservatives in government are. They’ve all melted down. I’m not a big Trump guy, but I’m certainly supporting him. I just hope he re-thinks his Erdogan stance.

Like myself they saw the light and have been realized what a petulant child Cruz really was, all along.

I dunno, but we better sure as hell kick them while they are down and keep kicking because nothing speaks more of our character than being an ungrateful winner by taking the man who lost and stomping repeatedly on him.

Cause we are so AWESOME!

TRUMP 2016! TRUMP 2020! TRUMP 2024!

I was supporting Cruz, but long ago saw the momentum turning. I still have concerns about Trump, but will definitely vote for him as the party nominee.

All that said, Cruz did a horrible thing last night and he’s doubling-down on it this morning. He’s effectively choosing to shred the GOP as he burns his own bridges. Very damaging - he might have driven enough away to get Hillary elected.

The reason they still support him, like the idiots at rightscoop, is because they are just as narcissistic as Lyin Ted is. I used to be a supporter of Cruz but that support ended a couple of months ago. He is an absolute disgrace. Good-by Lyin Ted, you’re political career is over, nice job standing up for your “principles” at the expense of your political career. Ted could have been a player in the revival of the US as USSC Justice if he had been a team player, but no more, last night he committed career suicide. He cut off his nose to spite his face, Today Ted does not seem as brilliant as he once did.

There's quite a lively discussion going on Over here with a general theme of "Well, now it's time for Donald Trump to be the big man, heal the wounds, and be nicey-nice to Ted Cruz!

Don't know if the author is a Cruzite, but it sure seems that way.
