Ohhhh, yes! Eight minutes of goosebumps-inciting truth from Pastor Darrell Scott of Cleveland at the GOP Convention. Talk about an anointing! It's worth watching: "America is a melting pot... ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE... we are NOT a nation like any other! We are the greatest nation in history... as Republicans we're unreservedly proud to be Americans and we are PROUD of our patriots... rebuild the broken trust that now exists between our citizens and our government... only if we have strong leadership! THE ART OF THE DEAL IS TO UNIFY!"

Laura’s speech was one of the best of the convention, if not the best. (she wasn’t looking too bad either!)

Certainly hope so. The pastor did a fine job as well. Trump’s business buddy, not so much. The “we made millions” line doesn’t resonate with some folks. Me, if you are in the position to make millions, go for it. I don’t begrudge anyone being able to elevate themselves. As long as you don’t turn in to an assclown like a lot of gazillionaires have.

Laura, having clerked for Justice Thomas, is a well-grounded patriot in her own right. She understands the constitutional structure the Founders intended for "(bind)ing down" government leaders, and she can articulate the case against the Clintons.

She is a great voice on behalf of freedom, liberty and opportunity!

She is also a great voice of warning about the grave dangers to the Republic from power-seeking villains like the Clintons!

I do believe you have missed the point of Darrell Scott's "platitudinous" speech.

While America's many enemies sound much like you just posted, pessimistic and defeatist of where America is and where we are headed while touting their superior appraisals, Scott said that now is an opportunity to "TURN" this ship of State to avoid the shipwrecks you foresee and to aim for our higher ideals as a Nation, a safer port, whether we succeed or not.

Meh? Did you say "meh" to Scott's speech? Did you really post that, backwoods-engineer? Honestly? Did you understand the speech (Did you listen?) with the intelligent mind you've been given by God and then say..."meh"? I guess you did.
