Yes! Unbelievable sax!

I’ll be excoriated here but they remind me a bit of the E Street Band.

Eminence front by the Who?
It’s a put on? Right after Newt slammed it out of the park?
I recognize the guitar player and the guy behind the singer, but can’t name them.
Buehler?

Didn’t the guitar player play for Letterman on his nightly show?

“Didn’t the guitar player play for Letterman on his nightly show?”

That’s the ticket.
I never watched Letterman that often but obviously did enough to recognize the house band.

The E Street Band is excellent. They nearly overcome Springsteen’s dreadful screeching voice.

Fairly certain I saw GE Smith playing at a previous RNC Convention.

They had that guitarist who heads the SNL band for many years and his classic rock band on Monday. I was wondering if he’s a republican or he was just doing the gig for the money.

Anyway, I’m not sure who that was tonight.

That would be G.E. Smith. He played at the RNC in Tampa in 2012.

“GE Smith from the SNL band”

I guess he is really good, since he had the SNL gig and all, but that man has the worst habit (or maybe it’s a phobia) and DOES NOT look into the camera like other TV performers.

Hubby hates Letterman’s guy Paul Schaeffer but always says he’s a great, great musician. Might even scold me for describing him as “letterman’s guy”.

Oh well, ROCK ON all, Left, Right and Non-Aligned!
