Doesn’t matter, but I think he will endorse tonight.Texans will be mighty displeased if he refuses.
If Cruz doesn’t endorse Trump tonight, his presidential hopes are over.
Cruz signed a document, gave his word, that he would support the eventual nominee. If he DOESN’T do that, it means his word is mud and Cruz can’t be trusted. If you can’t be trusted, you’re not getting elected (at least as a Republican).
The next move is up to Ted Cruz.
If he does, it will be so muddied up, it won’t be clear.
Trump has given Cruz a prime time speaking slot.
And a rope.
Cruz will either hang himself or use the rope to be pulled back in for
party unity.
I predict he will use some clever lawyer words to muddy up his
endorsement.
I can imagine him making some weak statement like “Trump is a fighter” but not really endorsing.
I’m hoping that the drama of “Will Cruz endorse or not?” is just another dialogue created by Trump and Cruz behind doors. But I’m afraid he thinks his political future relies on betraying the 2016 Republican voters.
It’ll be one those ‘I endorse him, BUT...’

Reagan gave sort-of a half-assed endorsement. Cruz might do the same, but I think the stakes are a lot higher for this inspection, so he may be a little more definitive.

Cruz is out to burn every bridge there is.
He will endorse. But it will be followed by a big BUT.
“He won’t. Cruz believes he’s walking the same path as Reagan ‘76.”
Mark Levin keeps getting these idiotic ideas that Cruz will be like Lincoln or Reagan. As if Ford had any cult following in 76 like Trump has.
I think it will be a non-endorsement endorsement of Trump: work hard to defeat Hillary.
So I think that's the first think he will do...."because he gave his word"...BUT he will add so much crap to the endorsement that it won't mean a thing.
Ted was campaigning outside the center....how disrespectful is that??
And I bet Cruz is really, really pissed about the 40 Utah votes because he mocked trump...saying he shoulda read the rules. Well, looks like Ted didn't read ALL the state rules...cuz the 40 votes went to Trump!!
Actually I am more like Carmela Soprano. More likely to sneak Tony’s cash out of the corn bin and invest it in stocks and mutual funds. LOL.

The irony is Cruz is supposed to be the constitutional, moral candidate. Our founding fathers explicitly warned the citizens of the treacherous, ambitious evil that is evident in Ted Cruz.

Endorse, or not endorse...Cruz is dead to me.
