Yup. I think all this was intentional by the Trump folks. Done to highlight the fact that Michelle Obama might say the words, but doesn't come through. Such as giving respect to others, etc. Michelle is disrespectful of our nation, our allies, law-abiding folks, etc. Trump got people thinking about the words Michelle mentioned in 2008, that was parroted off a teleprompter but words that were meaningless coming from her.
