Who has said publicly that he is not in the habit of endorsing someone who attacks his wife? Who has shown that he is willing to use dirty tricks, e.g. in the Iowa caucuses where his campaign sent out the announcement that Ben Carson was pulling out of the race shortly before the voting? Why would a kind person like Ben Carson be actively supporting Trump, and not Cruz?
