Maybe a FReeper smarter than I can correct me. It is my understanding that the rules for 2016 have been set when previous rules were voted on. Any rule changes made for the convention would only apply to future conventions.

Whatever they were doing, it would have affected now. The RNC boys were fighting against it hard. It wouldn’t mean anything if it was for next time.
