white people would “lose their minds” if they had to deal with the vestiges of institutional racism that black people face on a daily basis.

If blacks can't learn to fit in ordered society, they should leave. Whites immigrated from Europe when they wanted better conditions. Why don't blacks immigrate back to Africa or to latin America? Because they have a better life here than anywhere else and they know it.
