Hi Joann ! Might I suggest a “ TV Brick “ !! I had one and had to replace it several times over during the last two Presidential Elections. Cut out a nice piece of foam from old packing material, pillow, etc., the size of a standard brick and paint it red. I’d send you my “spare” but the wifie started using it. I’ve since moved up to cenderblock sized and it has helped - A LOT ! After the last police shootings in Dallas, I went to Wal-mart and purchased one of those foam projectile kid “guns” and will deploy it to service later today. Adding to ones arsenal is always a good thing !!
