FBI agents are reportedly skeptical of the law enforcement agency's decision to close the Hillary Clinton email investigation without recommending criminal charges.
Agents told the New York Post that they "believe there was an inside deal put in place" after Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton just days ahead of the FBI's announcement that its year-long probe had ended.
Investigators were reportedly forced to sign unusually extensive nondisclosure agreements that would prevent them from speaking publicly about the investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email use.
The FBI's decision last week rankled Republicans, who have pushed the Justice Department to open a second probe into whether the former secretary of state committeed perjury last year when she testified before the House Select Committee on Benghazi. The Justice Department did not return a request for comment.

I have a question: How can a non-disclosure agreement not be a violation of the Public Records Act?

Also, if he were real, he probably revealed enough about himself that an FBI insider could narrow down his identity to a handful of people.
Please tell me how any little person with a security clearance can be reckless with classified material and not be charged? Has this ever happened?

Given that James Comey used to work for HSBC Bank, which had contributed a LOT of money to the Clinton Foundation, there is a gigantic conflict of interest issue here. That revelation could get Comey into big trouble.

Just to clarify ... that would be the same HSBC bank that was caught laundering tens of $Billions in drug cartel money AND the same William Jefferson Clinton that was neck deep in the cocaine trade with the CIA and the Bushes? The same HSBC bank that was let off with a small fine instead of jailing all of their management...
Is this an illegal contract if the FBI agents cannot disclose illegal actions?

YES INDEED , there can be no contract for an illegal purpose. If there is evidence that shows that non-disclosure was meant to cover up a crime them the non-disclosure agreement is VOID.
