Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she doesn’t even “want to contemplate” a Donald Trump presidency, during a rare interview released Sunday — in which she also talked of heading “to New Zealand” if the billionaire wins. “I can’t imagine what this place would be . . . with Donald Trump as our president,” the 83-year-old jurist said in an interview in her chambers which was published by the New York Times.

Like other liberals, she wants to move to a white European culture nation.

They never want to move to South America or Africa.

By all means, get out of the country you helped reduce to pitiful status. You’ll still get your undeserved life pension!

While you’re at it take those two equally ugly lesbians with you.

Is there room for Sotomayor and Kagan on her train ride out of here?

Please take them, too.

It’s stunning in the boldness. Sickening

Of course her silly threat to leave is just that, a threat.
Wtf really wants to stop her, other than the head of abortion central Cecily or whatever the heck her name is.

Did I miss her interview regarding the passing of Scalia? I admit I may have.

She should go to Germany. I’m sure the socialists there will make her feel more than welcome.

As a Federal Judge she is bound by the mandatory ethical rules contained in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges.

“Federal judges MUST abide by the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, a set of ethical principles and guidelines adopted by the Judicial Conference of the United States.”

See http://www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/judiciary-policies/ethics-policies (emphasis added).

Canon 5 says a Judge should not engage in
political activity. Specifically, it provides:

“Canon 5: A Judge Should Refrain from Political Activity

(A) General Prohibitions. A judge should not:

...

(2) ... publicly ENDORSE or OPPOSE a candidate for public office...”

See Canon 5(A), http://www.uscourts.gov/judges-judgeships/code-conduct-united-states-judges (empahais added).”

Again, the Judicial canons are mandatory.

By giving a public interview to the press as reported, it appears she has violated Canon 5(A)(2) by endorsing Clinton, opposing Trump, or both.

She should be subject to a disciplinary investigation by the remainder of the Supreme Court, the Judicial Conference of the United States, and by the House of Representatives under its impeachment authority.

Oh, I forgot. She is a liberal Democrat, so the rules don’t apply to her. My bad.

Miss Sleepyhead needs to keep this promise. I'm sure President Trump would be glad to find a replacement for her.

She's not capable of doing her job, she's just keeping the bench warm. The pitiful old drunk even passed out at at State of the Union address because she drank to much liquor at dinner before the speech.
