A man was shot by police in Falcon Heights on Wednesday evening. In a video posted on Facebook, the man’s girlfriend says the “police shot him for no apparent reason, no reason at all.”
The girlfriend, Lavish Reynolds, started the video with the man slumped next to her, his white T-shirt soaked with blood on the left side. In the video, taken with her phone, she says they were pulled over at Larpenteur Avenue and Fry Street for a broken taillight.

In another article. And in fact I believe the female stated in the video while cuffed in the police vehicle that’s all they had, was a bit of pot. But again, according the GF, it had nothing to do with the initial stop or the shooting.
There should be audio/video of this from the cops body camera. If this is the case, it’s hard to believe that they haven’t released it yet to at least counter what the GF is alleging. Or does it?

The BF could have been the vehicles RO. Who knows.
The cop seemed highly agitated. Maybe that’s the way you act when you realize you may have killed someone unnecessarily.
Gun will be found. Man killed had license for a concealed-carry weapon.
It appeared he became irate when the GF for stated, “You asked him for his ID”. I think while reaching for his ID, the BF stated, I have a CW permit and a gun and that is likely when it quickly went bad.
Where is the cops audio/video?
Yeah, they do but I was thinking not for a traffic stop, but it changed once the dude got shot. Not sure if they were there from the beginning or not.
I’m more and more beginning to lean to the side of those who say our legal system is out of control. We’ve got the damned Patriot Act that essentially puts us into a police state, we’ve got armed regulatory agencies for God knows what purposes, we’ve got laws that only apply to the “little people,” and we’ve got a militarized police force who have a proclivity for steroid use and weapons that belong in war zones (yeah lefties, the real ones).
Someone or something has to turn this country around. We have no business being in this place.

So much for that. Most departments went to body cam/audio stuff long ago.
In fact, it’s well known may LEO’s long ago opted to carry their own audio recorders for their own protection.
