Well its flat out true - he gave all these reasons why she should be indicted, and then concluded that he wouldn’t recommend indictment.

It was completely bizarre. He didn’t even try to lie, or justify himself. In fact, he went the other direction and openly contradicted himself.

If he was a weatherman, it would be like he said it was cloudy and cold and windy and the barometer was dropping and so it would be a sunny day.

Utterly, completely bizarre.

Sounds like an NPR program.

They can do a reasonably good story and then draw the absolute opposite conclusion from what they just presented...:^)
