Agreed. 14-17 is a different thing. Kind of odd they had 14 year old girls competing against 19 year old girls, but...I guess 18-19 still have the word “teen” in them.
I have never been able to reconcile calling an 18 year old private in the USMC a teenager, but...I guess he is too. In my mind, while he still has a lot of kid in him, he has to be considered a man.
Fair enough. But 14 yr. olds are kids. They should not have to prance around in bikinis for some contest.
