Ryan's statement talks only about "officials in Washington" and that we must "do a better job" in the future. never names Hillary, Obama, or states the importance of electing a republican in November, or at least of defeating Clinton.
I don't need any more evidence he wants Hillary to win. He had to say something and support the report. He does not blame her one bit.
Ryan, Obama, Clinton...all on the same team.

With this kind of thing going on, the NYT crowing about Clinton having done no “wrongdoing” regarding Benghazi, the agenda-driven media complicit in everything contradictory to America’s best interest, it is clear to me that Clinton will “win” in November, and the drive the final nail in our coffin.
The president & then sec of state are over all responsible for what ever for did NOT happen during their time/s in office. Whether it is for good or ill, the “buck” stops on their desk/s. This is the terrible price of command. And clearly there was a major fault in the chain of command. Help was only a couple of hours away [once the crap hit the fan]. But the consult should have been more fortified with a much larger security forces avail. Jadahi’s love to attack on major holiday events [in this case 911], or when they think the chances of being stopped are much less. And the problem is only going to get much worse, since we [as a nation] have let it fester, like a cancerous cyst. Now it is going to take much more in both blood & treasure to secure that region for all mankind to live in relative peace again.
