A suspect in a pharmacy robbery last week was found dead the next day on a nearby road, according to police.
Columbia police reported that a man had threatened a clerk and stolen cash from Rite Aid, 6500 Garners Ferry Road, across the street from the University of South Carolinas School of Medicine.
The next day, police said a male had been found dead near Old Davidson Road nearby with no obvious signs of trauma.
Police did not identify the man or cause of death, saying the Richland County Coroners Office will do so.
No injuries were reported from the robbery.
Hmmph.
Good. He finally met with his comeuppance.
Got money for drugs, and overdosed?
Argued with others over the split?
That’ll teach him!!!
Stole drugs, and overdosed?
He must have been on drugs, to threaten the stolen cash. Either that or this "journalist" is.
Probably how Trayvon Martin would have ended up if he’d either murdered Zimmerman that night or didn’t encounter Zimmerman at all. Given the gang banger road he was on, he didn’t have long to live anyway.
Guess he robbed the wrong Rite Aid.

“If robbing you is wrong, then I don’t wanna do Rite”
Robbed a pharmacy, bought drugs and OD’d? Funny stuff.
Looks like Tim Reid from WKRP Cincinnati aka Venus Flytrap .....:o)
