New Rule Requires Doctors To Treat Trans Patients As Their Pretend Sex

Doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies may soon face lawsuits for treating male and female patients according to their biological sex, thanks to a health care rule finalized in May as part of the Affordable Care Act.

On the same day President Barack Obama announced his controversial transgender school bathroom policy last month, a somewhat more sinister mandate was finalized by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with consequences for health care providers, insurance companies, and American taxpayers.

The rule contains an explicit definition of gender identity that states a person can claim to be male, female, neither, both, or some combination of the two, said Roger Severino, director of the DeVos Center for Religion and Civil Society at the Heritage Foundation.

“It’s now federal policy that you could be both male and female in some combination,” he said. “That’s a pretty radical statement, and impossible to know what it really means.”

A legitimate question since that motivation is presently driving our "betters".

IMO, it is part of a full court press to "transform" society's structure; in this case, negatively as in to weaken and destroy.

We need only bear in mind that there are those in positions of authority who truly believe, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, that our Constitution is fundamentally flawed.

They announced that motivation and intent at the outset but not enough of us were listening.

I agree. However, that doesn’t changed the fact that, irrespective of mental illness, people should be treated for physical illness or injury by the relevant practitioner. That person should be able to decide whether he wants to address or ignore the patient’s mental issues.

I wish I had a clip, but in several episodes of Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell an elderly gay couple in England visit his establishments with a baby carriage with a doll in it. They demand everyone treat the doll like a living baby, whether staff, guests, or complete strangers. They come up to people they don't know from Adam and ask them if they'd like to hold the baby, change it, feed it. Pulling a guest from a dinner table while their food gets cold, they feel they are entitled to the public's attention and that it's "hateful" if strangers don't go along with their game. If someone says "I'm not leaving dinner to play with your doll" their huge black security guy stands in front of the "offensive person" and spreads his arms, like he's trying to block that little bit of reality that is offensive to their client. Gordon Ramsay calls them friends of his and says they're "special" and "eccentric". He mentioned that their "baby" had grown "larger". And then the freaks readily admit it's a doll, it has to be replaced with a larger doll every year, you see? Because their "baby" is "growing". So Gordon asks, what happens to the previous baby...or doll...where does it go? Why, they have a funeral, of course. With bronze casket, priest, choir, medieval church, the works. And anyone who wants to remain a friend of theirs must come. Absolutely dripping with money. So they buy their own twisted reality.
