First of all, attempting to imply that all Manafort ever did in his career was advise a failed '96 Dole campaign is akin to saying that all Ronald Reagan ever did was announce ballgames for an Iowa radio station.
Also, you attach way too much significance to Lewandowski's role in the Trump campaign. He did a great job overall but did not singlehandedly get Trump to the nomination as you seem to imply.
I just don’t see him as a kingmaker or some Svengali political animal. Manafort has an impressive political resume.

The historic primary they just ran and won against all odds was a national campaign.
They broke all records, shattered all expectations.
It was the greatest campaign victory in American history.
So they decide to replace the campaign with a Dole and McCain advisor.
All I am saying is it seems the RINOs are getting inside the Trump campaign.

I think Corey was exhausted and it was showing in his personality, not his fault of course, for a year Corey has not stopped and his family I am sure was also strained!!! Corey WILL be taken care of by Trump he rewards LOYALTY!!!! Corey probably feels as though the weight of the world has been lifted off his shoulders Trump had a VERY SMALL team and Corey did a GREAT JOB!!!!

Campaigns make changes all the time Don’t forget that Reagan in 1980 fired his campaign guy John Sears and replaced him.
Look Corey did a fantastic job and maybe they felt they needed to go in different direction for the General.
