What happened to due process?
A muslim refugee from Syria is not entitled to second amendment rights or due process. I have no problem with putting them all on the ban list.
The Supreme Court will get this episode in roughly two years, and the lack of a open due process will fail the law....Trump knows this....so do the Republican Senators. So, it’s a marginal act for the public and the news media....which makes everyone feel thrilled....until next week when the next Islamic dude does his act, and you find out that he got his gun via some Latino drug cartel gang.
