That chart does not represent reality.
The definition was changed to expand the numbers.
Previous numbers are for four people killed in public places.
The Obama numbers are for four people shot at anywhere.
I did not realize and have asked for the post to be removed.
Not a problem. I have critiqued the numbers, so I happened to know it was not correct.
