Here is a man/bear story you will like much better than the other recent thread about them I think.

I have the 3+Black and I absolutely love it. Right out of the box I took it diving down to 100ft. Amazing underwater video with no practice or previous experience. I still need to learn how to share.

I have a 4 on the wish list.

Presently, I am looking to get a macro for my GH4.

Last weekend, I was at an airshow in Hendersonville, NC and could have used one since there was an opportunity for rides in a biplane. I was by myself and had my gh4 and kit so I didn’t even bother. Maybe next time.

LOL. Its a lot of fun, but even a so called tame bear will eat its friends....if it gets hungry.

It might, no doubt about it. Even animals get dementia I think and just have plain old bad days. No reasoning with Brutus or putting him in a headlock until he calmed down either. ;-)

Its interesting bodhisattva view knowing that you are in love with the very being who can consume you completely as a bag of meat in about 15 minutes.

Thus the expression: “Feed the bear!”

LOL

Even more interesting when he is eating you! I'm sure there's a mantra for that.

FWIW human friends and lovers have been known to turn lethal too
although most don't try to consume the evidence.

I have to laugh at carnivores as pets licking their humans.

They are cherishing a succulent lolly pop and have very close emotional connections to their humans, just as they do with their other natural prey.

Carnivores have a close, intimate side, are intelligent and cuddly, but if they are not fed to satiation daily? The human, no matter how dear to the carnivore, is a succulent consumable, and all that clinging emotionalism is punctuated by a digestive burp.

The challenge is to love carnivores anyway just for what they are, beyond attachment, keeping a bag of meat handy.

And yes, human friends and lovers can also manifest the rakshasha principle. Just a few ounces of meth amphetamine
or heroine can turn a human in an instant.

Obviously one has to have a sense of humor about the jungle of samsara.LOL.
