NO! When you need Imodium, you need it NOW!

No time for a permission slip!

I used to like going in to work very early on Saturday, get out as most are just getting up.

Halfway to work ,PROBLEMS!!! A 24 hour Walgreens, a quick chug, good to go!

Well, it’s gotten to a point that we are going to have to visit the doctor and get a prescription for aspirin because somebody is misusing it. Next thing we know, people will be plastering anti-bacterial band-aids all over their body to get some perceived high. So look out for people with band-aids, they might be an addict. lol

I don’t know if activated charcoal will work well at that point but I do know it is absolutely a miracle cure for food poisoning.

I ran out of it and happened to get hit. I couldn’t go to the store because there wasn’t one close enough. I was digging through all my cabinets and found one lone capsule. It let me get to CVS and back. Once I took regular doses the problem was gone. You really need to start taking it when you feel the first symptom.

It works for any kind of gas issue.

I’m not attacking you, but if you have sudden diarrhea that often, shouldn’t you find out why ?

No delegated power given the federal to regulate this among the several States.

What we really need is legislative laxative to force out FDR’s legacy of high handed lawlessness.

From the article:

>> 10 deaths over the last 39 years <<

Sumpin’ drastically wrong here. Call in the CDC. They gotta find a way to make that death statistic seem higher!

A few weeks ago, I had a case of diarrhea (something I very seldom get).

ONE dose of good-ol’ Pepto-Bismol, and the problem was gone!!!!

Even when I took a trip to Brazil a long time ago, I was advised to use Pepto-Bismol, not Imodium. It was good advice, even though I needed several doses.

The only issue this time was that my seldom-used supply of Pepto-Bismol was outdated. But the outdated med still worked, and I bought a brand-new box at the pharmacy the next weekend!

“But abusers sometimes try to achieve heroin-like highs by taking massive doses”

And it kills them...thereby fixing the problem.

They never had a reaction to a flu shot, or Gastroparesis, or taken diabetes meds. Last flu shot 6 weeks on the ‘Throne’ and puking in the waste can at the same time, ended up in the ER for dehydration. Last flu shot I’ll ever get.

As for the GP...Gastroparesis you go from Diarrhea to constipation in a heart beat. And a Flare can last 2 months or more. And the Imodium doesn’t work!

One of the worst things to have happen on a long plane trip is to have to do a no. 2. Thus, just before I go to the airport, I take 2 Imodiums. Worked every time so far. Indeed, the US Bureau of Prisons does something similar for ConAir flights; they feed the cons food that binds.

Both Michael Jackson and Prince got their Rx prescriptions
sanctified by medical doctors. That didnt work out so well.
I say if idiots want to abuse OTC drugs and they wind up dead thats their problem. Leave the rest of us alone if we want to take a crapper stopper pill when necessary.
