When someplace in CA has a disaster, everyone cheers. I think that is just horrible. Our founder JimRob is in CA. Many of the donations that keep this place going come from CA. Good people are here.
I’m sure your family members were very concerned last night, as was I for my mom who has Alzheimer’s and was alone with her caregiver. She wasn’t that near but they were smelling smoke and getting ashes on the patio.
Yup, I used to be one of the most vocal anti-CA people here. But many of my favorite FReepers live in CA. They set me straight. Continue to do the same for others.
I’m still no fan of CA, but I’m no longer a critic out of sympathy for the great patriots who choose to continue fighting there.
my son and grand daughter had to be evacuated, although they are not that close to Calabasas. People should understand that there are a great many God fearing loving folks that live even in Calabasas.
